Determined to satisfy its customers' needs, the company spared no effort to achieve ever-increasing reliability. Modern machining techniques and stringent controls at every phase of manufacture and assembly held the key to products of impeccable quality. These were placed on the market by an international distribution network. Supported by highly qualified personnel, the management applied this rigorous policy to all its services. The results were soon apparent. Bien-Air SA is now certified compliant with ISO 13485 standards, and EEC directive 93/42.
Six decades of prosperity
To meet constantly growing demand, Bien-Air is progressively extending its product range. Following dental instruments and laboratory appliances, ENT microsurgery and, more recently, implantology are the new fields of activity in which dependability and safety play a dominant role.To implement this corporate policy, a production branch was opened in 1974 at Saignelégier in the Canton Jura. In 1987, the mother company moved to a new well-lit, spacious and air-conditioned building. 1998 marked a new phase with the extension of the buildings in Bienne and Saignelégier. These conversions enabled internal flows to be optimised. The new premises brought convenience and greater efficiency to a dynamic company which celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2019.
