Are you familiar with the Train the Trainer concept?

At Bien-Air, we’ve already put this concept into practice!

For three days, the Global Customer Care department welcomed the after-sales managers of Bien-Air subsidiaries for its annual Train the Trainer event!

On the agenda:

• Technical training on our products
• Strategic training on the management of their local service centre
• Team building workshop at Camille Bloch where the teams made their own chocolate (What better way to end these days than with a chocolate workshop!)

Given the success of this event, we are already looking forward to our next Train the Trainer event!
