Our GCC held its annual Train the Trainer event!

Our Global Customer Care Department has just returned from Maia, where we held our annual Train the Train event!

This training brought together teams from around the world to talk about:

  • Strategy and management of their respective areas
  • Information and awareness of regulatory requirements
  • Technical information on new products and aftersales processes
  • Detailed information on performance indicators (KPIs)

Those events always provide valuable learning opportunities and a platform to exchange ideas, as they’re offered a chance to meet in person!

And it was an excellent opportunity to deepen insight into our business operations, learn from each other's experiences, and discuss strategies for success in our ever-changing industry.

As an added bonus, an escape room for a fun-filled afternoon out!
