A day dedicated to raising awareness of the need to protect the earth, making significant efforts to preserve the environment, reducing our impact, and striving for more sustainable development.

And at Bien-Air, every project, development or idea is shaped and conceived with consideration, understanding and respect for the environment. To put our commitment into practice, we voluntarily decided to become a member of the Energie-Agentur der Wirtschaft / Agence de l’énergie pour l’économie, which means that we've been committed to improving our energy efficiency and reducing our greenhouse gas emissions over ten years. To achieve this, we have implemented the following actions:

• Heating systems based on 100% CO2-neutral wood pellets, geothermal and photothermal installations
• Closed head/cold circuit generation in our product plant 
• Certified "Minergie Label" (Swiss quality label for new and renovated buildings with low energy consumption)
• Closed-circuit cooperation with raw material suppliers for recycling metal chips, lubricants and cutting oils

Since 2020, we have consistently exceeded the targets outlined in our agreement, significantly reducing our CO2 emissions and enhancing our energy performance.
